Removing NCH Software on a Windows 8 Machine…

I recently installed Voxal Voice Changer on my windows 8 machine and, like many other have noted in the past, I learned NCH is very nefarious with their uninstallers. Although the uninstaller appeared to function, it merely removed icons as I could still boot up Voxal. I ended up manually removing folders via a date modified search (nchuninst, NHC Software, mp3enc.exe). However, I do not know if I completely removed all files associated with Voxal. A quick Wikipedia search of NCH shows that some of their products change registered file extensions, and keeps registry keys that remain after, “deletion.” I am not very tech savvy, so if these files remain on my computer, is it much of a worry? A scan with Both malwarebytes and Spybot do not show any potential danger… However, I would prefer it to not be in my system…
