Removing lamination?

I laminated a piece of paper and someone folded it... Now theres a line and its folded so i want to relaminate it. I tried splitting it but its stuck to both sides and will rip, anyone know of a way to remove it?

heat it up and try maybe?

It seems like theres no glue to melt its dry not even sticky

I think the best you can do is to relaminate over the old laminate.
