Removing Junk from PC HELP....

Hello,

I found junk programs on my PC and cant seem to remove it from the add/remove programs. In fact, its not even listed there...

When I try to uninstall the program, it makes me download an uninstaller from THEIR site. How do I know that when I run the unistaller, it won't just add more junk to my PC? I ran Spybot S&D and most of it is still there.

Specifically, the program on my PC Im trying to remove is called Power Scan 1.1.

Disable program in msconfig, restart, try to uninstall, if unsuccessful, delete directory, run Ad_aware, or spybot, or whatever you use, then run any kind of registry clean up, and it should find most of the useless craps.
