Removing ink stains

I unknowningly washed a load of white clothes along with a pen and didn't notice until the clothes had been in the dryer, setting the ink.

I've tried dry cleaning and hairspray (not on the same shirt) and neither method really worked. What can I use to remove the ink without damaging the color on some of the shirts? Clorox 2? lemon juice?

In reality I only want to remove the stains from one shirt in particular because it's no longer sold in stores 🙁. What are the chances of contacting the clothing company (O'neill) and having them make me a new shirt? Slim to none? Has anyone tried something similar?
