Removing Grub from Windows 7 OS while operating in Bootcamp

Hi,
I have a custom-built PC with Mac OS that has Boot Camp installed; I use Windows 7 the majority of the time. While trying to fix some file corruption issues, someone tried to install Grub on the Windows portion, but the install did not work. Now, I can't boot up Windows at all. Does anyone know how to remove the relevant Grub files from a Windows OS installed using Boot Camp?
Thanks so much...

Mac OS 10.6.7
Windows 7 64-bit
Processor: 3GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon
Memory: 8GB 800 MHz DDR2 SDRAM
