Removing fan out of the Radeon 9800 Pro

Okay, I'm a newbie here, and I'm planning to overclock my Sapphire Radeon 9800 Pro. But I unscrewed the TOP of the fan, but of course, there are two black 'things' attaching it to the video card. Suggestions on how to 'remove the fan' from the video card will be helpful.

Thanks. =D

you mean the 2 pins on the back of the heatsink holding it onto the card?

If so, take a pair of plyers, and squeeze the pins and pull up.
