removing emachines splash screen from windows

does anyone know how to remove splash sceen from the windows startup, this happens when i boot and after boot screen and windows loading screen and just before welcome screen, i have the emachines laptop that i got from best buy for 600AR, what would be even better if i could customize it to my own graphics

i dnot think its winxp as the screen will display even if u have a blank hdd
or at least it was like that for hp...
 
Part is in the BIOS.

Part is in the BMPs that they ship with their version of Windows.
 
thank you rise4310 helped, did google search on tweak xp, then hit the first website pretty nice ...........
