Removing drop shadow from icon ?

I found some cool folder icons but they have drop shadows which look really bad on a 16 bit video card.


Is there any software that can automatically remove the shadow effect from an icon ?



PS: It's not "Use drop shadows for Icon Labels" that is for the text under the icon.
 
If the actual icon file has a drop shadow... then now. You will have to edit it yourself (can probably do it in Paint).
