Removing disk passwords on 2000 Adv Server

Okey, I have one PC running Win2K server which i'm (attempting) to run as a NAS.

I want to be able to access the disk(s) from this PC running XP

I can see, and access the disks fine, just it always asks for a password to access them. I have tried to set the permissions so that anyone can access it, but it still asks for the password

I'm sure its a really simple option i've missed, anyone shed some light on this for me?
