Ok,
I just got a new geforce DDR, my old one went bust. The retailer was kind enough to give me a temporary card for the time that it took for him to replace my geforce. My temp card was the diamond stealth s540. Now that I have a new geforce card, I can't seem to completely remove the diamond drivers. I removed everything, including the registry entries, but the driver name still shows up in add/remove programs. Also, I can't seem to start my computer from stand by mode. The only way is to press the rest button. I think it's caused by the diamond drivers. Can anyone help me?...

thanks

Which registry settings did you delete? The driver stuff or the add/remove programs stuff? They are in two different areas. Search for diamond or stealth or s3 or s540 in the registry and see if you come up with anything else. I don't remeber the locations of the keys though. Good Luck.
