removing creative audigy 2 drivers cleanly....

I upgraded to an M-audio revolution and I can't seem to get rid of all of the creative audigy 2 drivers! The taskbar "surround mixer" icon is still hanging around, and I think it's messing with my revo because everytime my system boots the volume starts MUTED. Anyone have any ideas?
