Removing CPU from the Motherboard

Okay, am I just a moron, or am I missing a step. I've lifted the locking bar, but still can't get my 939 3200+ off the mobo. It's like it's fused to it. Is it?

Sounds like you're doing it right....

lift clip on heatsink, take it off
lift lever next to socket and then pull out CPU
