My stupid ISP has crappy software to connect to the internet. Since I was having problems connecting earlier today I tried the software, which did various things I didnt want, including not fixing the problem, so I removed it via add/remove programs.
One visable element remains though, this banner at the bottom of Outlook Express, about where the preview pane would be. Any ideas how I can remove this? Any other things to check for?
