Unfortunately the polarizer layer seems to be below the AG layer, instead of below the glass. So you have to be careful cleaning it or it will scratch.

I wonder how well a simple sheet of glass would work as a durable layer.


Edit: Holy crap, you can buy antireflective picture frame glass. But is it matte texture or chemically coated like camera lenses? http://www.123frame.com/pifrglandac.html
