REMOVING Android dark/light switch taking over the screen.

How do you get rid of this abomination? I can't get rid of it.. I can't find much on the net. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks.

What make and model phone?

Have you tried long pressing the center of the icon to see if it gets you options? Or long pressing and dragging it off screen?

Try searching in settings for dim or contrast. Try looking in accessibility for an option. Try looking in your widgets.

That's all I can think of. I'm not seeing a similar option in my Samsung.

Thanks, ill try as soom as my wife gets back, its her phone. It a Samsung a51 I believe. A widget might be it. Ill post results.

Got it.
Under/accessibility/ advanced setting/accesibility button/ then unselect Floating over other aps. Then unselect all the options in select action.
