Removing and reapplying RAM heatsinks?

I've currently got an 8800GT with an Accelero S1 and ramsinks mounted to it. My brother is buying the 8800GT and I will take off the Accelero and ramsinks in order to put the stock heatsink back on it.

A 4830 has been ordered to replace the 8800GT. I'm no longer a heavy gamer and the net upgrade cost was only $10 after selling the 8800GT. Further, I plan on mounting the Accelero and ramsinks on it for a quieter experience. Getting the sinks off should be fairly easy, as they are only attached with a thin layer of thermal tape.

It might be possible to heat the sinks up using a blow dryer and transfer them directly to the new card. I doubt that would work, though. I don't want to use a strong chemical adhesive either, as there is a chance I may want to remove the heatsinks later.

Any local place that would have some type of thermal tape?

Well, I'm not too worried about getting them off. The tape that came with the heatsinks was terrible and I had hard time getting them to stick. I figure a blow dryer on high or some heavy gaming while overclocked will make them pop right off. :)
