removing a program in NT

A friend called, her boss installed some program his wife sent him AT WORK. He doesn't want to get busted by IT and work for installing it during his shift.
I got a call for help, but have no clue with windows NT anything.
They (IT) removed add/remove programs in the OS, I can't think of anything other than regedit? if that's possible even?
Any suggestions?
I wanna go back to sleep, but I know i'm gonna get a call soon, again. lol

Maybe too obvious of a question, but does the program itself have a Remove option in the Start->Programs by any chance?

Hunting down uninstall.exe or whatever-that-does-the-uninstall.exe and using it with the uninstaller log / *.ISU or something (don't remember).

Most chances are that the IT staff didn?t remove the file that does the uninstall, just the access for it from the control panel, this IS NT.
