HI All,
I hope this question fits this forum.
A friend installed a game "Medal Of Honor"
When he installed it, he picked the "D" drive but made his own folder to install it.
But had an error so he decided to uninstall it. Well it removed the folder but not from the Registry. So when he tries to reinstall it, the game only gives him choices to repair, modify or remove. Pick any of those and it seems to install but it doesn't.

So how would he remove it from the reg?
Thanks in advance.

1st off, be VERY VERY careful editing your registry...PLEASE!

BACKUP your registry BEFORE editing..to be safe!

Start / Run
Type in regedit <enter>

Look under Hkey_Local_Machine/Software/Ea Games/Medal Of Honor Allied Assualt and delete the key.

Then while still in the registry locate Hkey_Local_Machine/Software/Mocrosoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/APP Paths/MOHAA.exe and delete the key.

RegCleaner from jv16.org makes this type of thing painless and it can backup and restore your changes.
