I have my 30 MB hdd partitioned as two 15's, and when 're-installing' winxp it defaulted to the d: drive. Now I have two winxp's listed when I boot. How do I remove the first instance? Just reformat c:? I pretty much backed everything up to d: before the re-installation, so it could be blanked. I just don't want to mess things up worse by forcing it off if there is a more sophisticated way.

Right click My Computer select properties, advanced tab, startup recovery. Uncheck display a list of operating systems.
