Um.... you can't diagnose fetal alcohol symptom. I'm not saying it doesn't exist, but it's just not something you can diagnose like bipolar disorder. You can say someone is volatile or moody, but unless you knew for sure that the kid's mother drank while she was pregnant and then observed his behavior frequently over time, you wouldn't know this.

Where do you come up with that? Because a couple does something like this, all of a sudden Ohio is a backward state? I'm sure you could look at any state, take one story, and somehow say that Washington for example is backwards.

Having lived in both Washington and Ohio -- I will say that Washington has some backwards areas, mostly in it's east, but Ohio is just much more bizarre.
