Same here. It may not be the hottest price in the world, but it's still a few bucks cheaper than everywhere else with shipping. It's $221 shipped at Newegg, but their case prices are always ridiculous.

What the hell $200 for computer case. Which will be out of date in 2 years.
But every other part of the computer will be out of date much quicker than that.

QFT

I purchased a CM prat over 2 years ago and it is still a very nice and functional case. On the other hand, i dont think i have one piece if hardware in my rig that is two years old

I've been looking at this case recently for my new File Server (need space for a bunch of HDs). This is definately the lowest shipped price I've seen. If I decide not to go with the Lian Li 2100 series, then I'll probably have to jump on this one...

what's so good about this case..I mean..what the hell $200 for a case..I could get like a decent antec case and a really good PSU to go wtih it under $200

people could get a decent CPU (i.e. a sempron) for less than $75, yet they spend a lot more on X2 and opeteron....

Once you build a pc in a really nice case, you can never go back to cheap or even midrange cases. I paid $270 for a cooler master atc 410 and used it through about 3 complete upgrades. Cases just like monitors are about the longest lasting investment in any pc...i regret ever selling that CM case...im now using an aluminum Antec 1040 knockoff...its not a bad case but it's nothing compared to that CM case.

You just have to see, and work in, a Lian-Li case to understand. I mean it's pretty subjective as to whether or not it's actually worth $200 for a case...for me it is, for some people I'm sure it's not.
