Remove Windows 7 Driver from DVD

Is it possible to remove the built in drivers windows 7 has specifically one of them? I ask because I get a BSOD every time I try to do an install and if I could remove that driver that would allow me to get past that point.
 
It is this driver nvlddmkm.sys

It is in the last part of setup that it BSODs and will not allow me to proceed. BTW this is on an Imac. I have the bootcamp drivers but I need to get past that one.
