Bruh, the bench portion is actively promoting GPUS from 2012 and 2013 straight up with screenshots of stock HD5xxx cards.

2019 ain't bad for AT :p

There is no one best site. I cross reference Hardware Unboxed, Gamers Nexus, GameGPU, Computerbase, and Techpowerup to build a better, more reliable idea of what's what.

Both GN and HUB have pretty good reviews as far as GPUs are concerned. I think GN is a little bit better with new cards, but HUB also does follow up tests for older cards months after release to see how new drivers impact performance.

I only come here for the forum. I still read Tom's and still enjoy the Tom's is biased for Intel/AMD depending on the day of the week comments.
