Remove "Test Mode" watermark on Windows 10

I had to disable Driver Signing enforcement so that I could install Trackpad++, which enables my MBP's trackpad to be nearly as awesome in Windows as it is in OS X.

The developer has a utility that will allow the driver/module to be installed, but I don't really care to go that route when I don't know what it does, especially because I knew that I could disable the signed driver enforcement and wouldn't need a third-party utility to make it possible.

However, I hadn't known it would make a watermark always there, and it's annoying.

I've searched and searched and haven't seen a truly viable solution... all the "solutions" involve enabling driver signing enforcement... which is no solution at all when the very reason I see the watermark is due to the need to have that disabled in the first place.
