I previously have my computer dual booting Win2K and Win98se, after removing NTFS and Win2K, I want to remove the start up menu of Win2K too. Could someone tell me how? Thanks.
BTW, fdisk /mbr does not work.
Help appreciated.

Go into Win98, then sys c:.

After that, delete boot.ini, arcldr.exe, arcsetup.exe, bootsect.dos, ntldr and ntdetect.com

I have the same question regarding how to get rid of the start menu but I don't understand the instructions regarding "go to Win98 and then sys C:" Can you spoon feed me a little here and tell me in more detail what to do?

Boot up into Win98. Open up a DOS prompt and type sys c:
