Remove HS+Fan from a Celeron533 "boxed" - How?

Hi!

I have a old Celeron533, not A :-(, and it is "boxed". How do i remove the original HS and fan without damaging the CPU? Is it possible? Is it "glue" between the CPU and the HS? Screws?

I've bought a HS+fan but I couldn't believe, when I tried to remove it, that it would be "impossible"....

Help me, pleeeease...

My retail Celeron 466's fan & headsink is not glued on the cpu.
My friend's earlier 400 is.

I think its just the thermal pad on the intel heatsink. After a while those things stick like glue!
