Remove highlighted text in Outlook 2003

Someone sent me an email in Outlook that contained some highlighted text that I need to remove before I forward on. I cannot seem to find anything on the toolbar to facilitate this. I even thought of highlighting in white to paint over the yellow, but there seems to be no feature on the toolbar. I seem to remember Outlook 2000 having this capibility.

Any help would be appreciated.....

Okay.....solved my own problem simply by thinking more about it.

Changed mail settings to include Microsoft Word and HTML.
