Remove duplicate emails for Outlook Express?

I use Outlook Express to access my SBC Yahoo email. And I leave emails on the server so I can still see them online after I download them at home.

Well a couple days ago something went wrong and I downloaded over 600+ duplicate messages. It seems it lost track of which messages I already had.

Is there any way to quickly delete these duplicates. I could do it manually, but it just so annoying and I might delete to much accidentally
