Remove drop shadows from Vista

I know I could just do away with Aero altogether and go back to classic, but I'd like to be able to remove just the shadows around the windows. I have a feeling if I could dig into the style or theme or whatever, I could turn that off, but I'm not sure where that is.
 
Maybe this is what you are looking for:
RC Desktop > personalize > Windows color and appearance > open classic appearance > effects button > show shadows under menu
 
I actually unchecked that already but it does only like it says - removes windows under menus. :/

That only removes drop shadows from menus.
AFAIK, there's no way to remove drop shadows from windows without switching to Aero Basic -- which isn't really a bad thing, it keeps many of the good things about Aero.
