Remove ban on selling HP Touchpads in FS/FT

The run on Touchpads is LONG since over. There's no profit to be made on these anymore. Some of us have old hardware we want to sell in a comfortable place (CL/ebay eww...)

Let's not be like government where once something's written into law it stays there forever and a day.

i suppose theres a reason... theyre still selling over priced at a lot of places online and anyone who sells them for msrp are selling out faster then they can take orders
