Removal of Hard Drive from Dell Dimension 4100

I'm trying to install a new hard drive in a Dell Dimension 4100, but can't seem to figure out how to remove the old one. You can see how it's in the case here andhere

There are no visible screws, and it won't "slide" out....

Anyone ever done this before?
