Removable mobo tray

How important is a removable motherboard tray?
The Compucase 6A19 has pretty much everything I need in a case except the removable mobo tray. I am going to build for the first time so I thought maybe that would be important.
Anyone has any opinions on this case or ideas for something similar (2x12cm fans, pads for hard drives, inexpensive, overall pretty quiet) but with a removable motherboard tray?

Thanks.

If you are forever tinkering with your confuser, then a mobo tray could make your life easier. Other than that it's unimportant. The 6A19/Antec 3700, 3000-B which are all basically the same and the other Antec 3000 series cases are some of the best cases you can buy. Very inexpensive and have 95% or more of case mojo down.
. However if you are a tinkerer and would like an inexpensive case that will require just a bit of modding to get their cooling and noise factors up to the above, then look at the Skyhawk (MSR46xx) cases on newegg.com and dealsonic.com. Nice looking, fairly heavy aluminum, mobo drawer and around $50. shipped. Just need to graunch out the fan mounts and rig some drive isolation and you'll be up to the others.

Thanks for the answers.
I'm not going to tinker with my computer at all. Just build it and hope it works and probably never touch it again, so a mobo tray is not that important.
Are the "Shock-proof pads on 3.5" drive cage to perfectly protect HDD" (taken from Compucase's website) in the Compucase case the same or as good as the "grommets to absorb hard drive vibration" (taken from Antec's website) in the Antec cases?

Is the Compucase as quiet as the Antec overall?

Thanks.

The grommets on the Compucase and Antec are identical as the cases are both actually made by an OEM company. They are for noise isolation more than for drive protection - that they happen to do some of that too is gravy. But I wouldn't go around dropping my case to test the theory out. ;)
