Remounting my heatsink to my CPU...what do I need?

I know this is a newbie question, but I've had my heatsink off of my processor once before. Now my MB is out for RMA. I figured when I get it back that the patch orf thermal compund that came on the heatsink is pretty useless by now.

My question: If I buy Arctic Silver III, is this all I need? If not, what else would I need?

yeah, thats all you need. make sure to remove the old compound with nail polish remover
