We have a rental via VRBO. Last guest told me the cable internet was spotty...after he already left.
Called tech support and they say it's been up for over a month but they can't do anything else unless I'm there and can connect to it. Go by, restart the modem and swap out the hdmi/ethernet cords, just in case. Appears to be working now but I can't afford to have it out nor do I want to be working on it while someone's renting. Is there a way/device that I can monitor that connection remotely? A tv and roku are the only devices there now.
