Remote Temp Monitoring?

I don't suppose anyone knows of any good temp monitoring programs that feature a remote monitoring ability? I just rebuilt my A64-based HTPC, and I want to monitor the temps on it to make sure it's staying cool. This would be a lot easier if I didn't need to dump out of Windows Media Center every time I wanted to check the temps, hence I'm looking for some way to do it remotely.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

I've used various methods to accomplish this. There are a few yahoo widgets that read temp logs, so you can configure them to work remotely by sharing the log folder. Even better is webtemp. It also reads logs, but it does a lot more.
