Remote software with multi monitor support

Hey everyone,
I have a few computers that have 3 monitors attached to them and would like to have some remote control software that supports this. I have tried different versions of VNC which seem to support it but only if they are on the same video card and I have two video cards installed. Does anyone know of or used any that do support this?
