Remote SIP/VoIP work extension

I hear that 3CX phone is a good remote SIP extension. But are there any other software that can connect to a corporate SIP PBX?
 
3CX is a terrible PBX platform.

Asterisk is far superior.

As far as soft phones for Android, I don't know, as I don't have an android phone.
