Is there a remote that will control several devices at once without having to switch between devices?

Like I want to control audio receiver volume and switch channels or pause, rewind a show without having to switch between satellite receiver and audio receiver.
 
Pretty much any remote will have the ability to passthrough for sound. With my Harmony remote, if I am watching TV, the channel buttons control the cable box and the volume buttons control the AV receiver.

I also have a kids/in-laws setting where the volume button controls the TV set volume instead of the receiver.
