Remote PC Access

Looking for advice on the best way for me to access all of our companies computers remotely. I have researched some of the options. Not all of our computers are XP os. So, Im looking for an aftermarket software suggestion. Also, we do not have a static IP address as of right now, so Do I need one? We do have a website with storage space. Anyway, I know this is a very open ended question, but I am looking to start the process. It is just to difficult for me to have to travel to individual computers just to change email settings or computer settings. THX in advance.

Better than RealVNC.

If the destination computers allows changes you will be able to change.
