Remote login from Macbook to Vista - How to take screenshots? (Keyboard issues)

For remote access to our work computers (Vista Pro), we log in via a website in Safari (no VPN allowed unless were on company issued computers - so the website is our only means of access)

Our job requires documentation of everything we do - Specifically screenshots within Vista of the application we are using at that time.

Personally, i use a windows keyboard on my mac so I have no issues with active window screenshots (control+alt+printscreen); however, a colleague of mine is trying to accomplish this using his Macbook and isn't having much luck as there isn't a printscreen key.

1. This has to be a command that will work directly on the vista box, we cannot take a screenshot in OSX then send it to Vista. We need the command to work IN Vista directly
2. We tried FN+F11, Control+FN+F11, etc, but they aren't working thus far (we disabled expose on F11)
3. We can use snipping tool in Vista, but with the amount of screenshots we take, it needs to be a keystroke/combo.

Is there anyway to do this easily?
