Remote locking..?!

For skoda Octavia vrs mk1, I installed new remote lock but to my surprise, after installation, you can lock it remotely but need to unlock manually. What would be the problem. So I need to carry two keys with me always. Sometime it's working and sometimes not. After locking, right rear door is unable to open even If the button on the window is pulled out. It doesn't come out.
