Remote (Internet) Reset/Reboot solution?

I'm looking for a low-cost ($100 or less would be nice) solution to allow me, via the web, to reset or reboot a (hung) system remotely. Ideally I'd be able to telnet or surf to my home and be able to reset/reboot the hung machine -- I envision a web-server "box" that would be able to either toggle AC power to a system (or systems), or be able to short the "Reset" pins on the mobo.

Another option would be to use another system at home for the same purpose: Surf to it and tell it to reset/reboot another system (perhaps via cgi and a connected rs232 or USB switch that would respond to the html/cgi command to short another system's reset pins, or toggle power).

I figured there'd be a number of such solutions, but I can't find anything that fits my low-cost needs (there are remote management tools that do this, but they tend to be higher-end tools targeted at IT). Also, I don't want a phoneline solution (where you call a box to reset a system), I want to do this via the internet.

Any notions? Thanks...
