Light up when active. Different ones depending on what mode its in. I never messed around with Jp1 yet but from what I hear you can totally change stuff around with that.
 
Hey, that's pretty nice! I am lucky that the remote for my Kenwood receiver can control everything I have so far...it's nowhere near as sexxaaayy as this remote, though. 🙂

What is JP1?
 
Oh, it's kinda like having an RS232 port on the back of a HT receiver to update the firmware? Like that? 🙂
 
The Kameleon remote is based on Radio Shack's now discontinued remote of the same name.

There's tons of user groups for these available.

Personally I prefer having a remote with solid buttons. My Radio Shack 8-in-1 works flawlessly. JP1 is the best boon to home theater ever.
 
I have one of these..


over time, the little membrane doesn't come back up (you push a button down, and it sticks down for like 3 seconds, and then 'pops' back up




good thing I work at best buy, and can just bring it back and get a new one, cause it looks so cool
