remote file sharing

I have installed getvconnect filesharing software on my windows 7 computer, this software work well at home and on my both windows 7 computers, I can share and sync file between both workstation include photo, video, music. But I can’t get this software connect & work on my university workstation to home windows 7 computer, Does anyone know how to get getvconnect filesharing work remotely?

I would first check with the IT staff at the University, they may be blocking this type of software.

Hosed is right, you need to check your school IT admin. It might be that they restrict this kind of software or activity.
