Remote Desktop Web Connection behind Linksys BEFSR41

Hey everyone, I've got my Win2k3 server running behind my BEFSR41, and I would like to host the Remote Desktop Web Connection page to connection from external machine to my internal network.

Here's what I've tested so far:

1)I can connect to individual machines if I forward a different external port to internal 3389, and an IP address corresponding to each machine.

2)If I have the web page up(forward ports 80 and 3389 to the server), I can connect externally to the page and control the server, but no other clients.

3)If I'm logged into the server while on the internal network, I can use the web page and get into any machine.

4)If I'm logged into any of the clients(while using the internal network) I can connect to the web page, but can't get into any of the machines.

This definitely sounds like a routing issue to me, so I thought I'd ask the brilliance of Anandtech. Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks!
