Remote Desktop Software

Hi,

Can anyone suggest a help-desk friendly remote desktop software that allows technicians to remote into a user's session and use administrative credentials authenicated with RSA secureIDs on it?

How about Teamviewer?

TeamViewer and LogMeIn would be good choices.
