Remote Desktop Slow Even Over LAN

It seems like mostly the text is slow. This happened a day after I edited a few remote desktop settings on group policy editor. I changed the audio quality so it's always on high. It worked great for the first day after I changed it.

I changed it back after it was slow and it didn't seem to help. It's been two days now and it's still horribly slow, possibly even worse now.

I can scroll through PDFs super fast, even with graphics on them. But typing is incredibly laggy. Any ideas?
