Remote Desktop limit by user

We have a Windows 2012 server and want to be able to log into our system with multiple users, but only if it's a different user logging in.

e.g. we currently have:

User A
User B
User C

set up as users within Windows.

If User A and User B are logged in, that's fine (how it's currently set up).

However if another computer logs in using User A, they are able to do that even if User A is already in under a new instance.

I want the original user A to be kicked off so that only the second instance of User A can log in. Is this possible to set up?

Your request really doesn't make sense....

User A is User A, it isn't a different user. What is the second instance? Also RDS doesn't care about the source computer (mostly) just the user accounts.

If you mean that User A can log in more than 1 time and get multiple desktops, that is in the remote desktop GPO to limit simultaneous logons / multiple desktops. 1 allowed session is the default so this means someone changed it.
