Remote desktop is displaying all printers on the network

Hey guys wondering if anyone has run into this, Remote desktop is supposed to only redirect their 1 printer but it's displaying all printers on the network. The users are no in some special group such as power user. They are only in the RD user group.

edit: this wasn't happening before and out of the blue something changed.
