on my couch, RDing to my desktop in my bedroom, and posting from there.

yes, i could just post from my laptop, but that is boring. plus, i'm using newsleecher on there.
 
I just started using it this quarter, and it's great. In between classes I can go to the labs and RD to my home machine (thanks dyndns), and do my programming in the IDE of my choice, instead of what they decide to install in the labs. Plus no quotas to deal with =)

At home, it saves me from having to get up and walk the 10 or so yards to my other computer.
 
What's great is RDP'ing into your home computer from work and secretly watching the flooring guys work on your floor with your webcam that you've put black electrical tape over the green light on.

I didn't have the guts to call and talk to them over the answering machine... "Hey! Watch the walls moving that refrigerator!"

Edit: What's fun too is RDP'ing in to a home computer from work, then PCA'ing out from that computer into one of your friends' computers to invesitgate a problem they're having. 😀
